ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Meet Vasif Kalfa, MD
Dr. Vasif Kalfa is a board-certified allergist and immunologist who has dedicated his career to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic and immunologic conditions in patients of all ages. After earning his medical degree, he completed his allergy and immunology fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. His areas of particular interest include food allergies, asthma, and seasonal and perennial allergies.
Dr. Kalfa is known for the time he spends with patients. He listens carefully, explains conditions and treatment options in plain language, and never rushes an appointment. Whether he is calming an anxious child during allergy testing or helping an adult navigate a new diagnosis, his approach is the same: respect, compassion, and customized personal attention.

How do I know if I need allergy testing?

When should I see a doctor about asthma?
